          Time Frame


Site will be finished within 90 days, unless you have discussed a longer time frame with us. The majority of our sites are up within 4 weeks.
The 4 week time frame is the average time when we are given all the items we need to finish the job.
We will have already discussed these items with you in the planning phase.

           Development and Delivery

Linda Lee, Askmepc-Webdesign understands the importance of completing projects in a timely manner. We agree to complete the web design project within the time frame of 90 days from the date of contract signing. If the client does not supply Linda Lee, Askmepc-Webdesign with complete text, graphic content and other requested materials for the contracted client within 180 days of contract signing, the contract becomes void and deposit paid will not be refunded.

The client may request a Project Extension in writing to Linda Lee, Askmepc-Webdesign for an additional fee of 10% of the project total cost for every 30 days of extension. All extension fees are due upon agreement of the extension between Linda Lee, Askmepc-Webdesign and the client.

Non Communication

If we are unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least sixty days (60) by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be

canceled without prior notice and no refund will be issued.

         Why do you have this clause?

           We had to add this into our agreement after we had a few clients who paid their deposits,
           we did the work, and then they just drop the ball, lose interest in their website, or never
           give us the final items we need to finish it for them and we have a website sitting there on
           our test site for years.
           We only accept 4 clients a month, so this affects our income when this happens. 
           Most people are in a hurry and want their sites up fast, so this rarely happens, but we
           learned the hard way, it is always better to get things in writing.
